Hi, trying to config LPFR Jetways from RSPresents, the default jetways are disabled in FS2020. But they're still showing, I've read the manual can't figure out a solution at the moment.

If you are sure the GSX replacement jetway file for that airport is in the Disable list (and it's not in the Enabled list either), you can be sure the issue is not caused by GSX, and it's just an issue with the scenery not properly excluding default jetways.

Note that, if the problem was GSX jetway replacement not excluded, you would have seen GSX jetways there (much better looking with logos), not default jetways.

I have another question, how can I disable the American Pilot Voice when its' completed the pushback procedure?

If you verified what I explained above, meaning you see the default jetways (not the GSX jetways) instead of the jetway that are supposed to come with the airport, it's not a GSX problem and there's nothing you can do in GSX (or you can do in general), it must be fixed by the airport developer.

That is, assuming your previous report of seeing "default jetways" is accurate, so you are not seeing GSX jetways instead.
