No Fueling or Ground Power Cable Animation on 737 MAX
« on: June 23, 2025, 06:43:15 pm »
Hi everyone,

I'm currently experiencing a couple of issues with GSX and my 737 MAX Asobo. I am using MSFS 2024.

When I request refueling, the fuel truck arrives, but there’s no fueling animation — no hose connection, no crew interaction. It just comes and goes without any visual action.

Also, when I connect ground power, there’s no cable shown either during or after the connection.

I've tried restarting and reloading, but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

This is explained in the manual where fueling is discussed. In order to see a CREWED Fuel truck, the refueling point under the wing must be higher than 3.40 meters from ground, which is too high for a 737, unless you "cheat" with airplane profile, and set it more on the outside of the wing, so it will be higher.
