Frequent crashes after most recent update

Hi,

Since the most recent update I am having GSX crash on every flight (normally towards the end of the flight), either near TOD or during taxi in. After restarting Couatl when prompted, GSX functions normally. But this does, so far as I can tell, occur on every flight.

I can't quite make sense of the error log since it always lists the error raised by addon <unknown>. Please could you advise the best course of action to resolve? I've provided below the error log from the most recent crash (which was actually after taxi in and during deboarding).

Your log shows you are outdated, at least the main .exe is: since you got this version of the Couat engine:

But the one we have online now for MSFS 2020 it s 5792 (5791 for MSFS 2024), so you are still several versions behind. Be sure you run another update check now, and if it doesn't work, try the Offline installer.

Thank you, this is clear. Just one quick follow up question... is there an easy way to see which Couatl build I am on without looking at crash logs? So far as I can tell, the updater only shows me GSX Pro version (eg. 3.5.5).

Just an update on this (sorry for the double post!).

I installed via the offline installer per your instructions. This has stopped the Couatl crash message appearing, but doesn't appear to have solved the GSX closing mid-flight issue... now it just seems to crash without a warning message displaying? Again, restarting Couatl near my arrival airport does work, but it's something that needs to be done on every flight.

That reminds me, I should add that I am using MSFS 2024 SU2, if it helps to debug.

I already replied in another post, you are still on the Beta channel, which doesn't exists anymore, it's completely empty now. The server is configured to automatically serve files from the Release channel, so those forgetting to exit the Beta would get them anyway. Version 3.3.5 doesn't exist anymore anywhere on our site.

But your cloudflare node must have played a trick on you so, even if we removed the Beta entirely (and obviously purged the whole beta domain from their cache), they still let you see it, for some reason.

Just switch to the Release channel.

You haven't posted a log, which would confirm if you have the latest version.
