Any one has this issue,  and do you need  the cabin door to be opened, tried closed, open no success   and  yes i have got  the check mark against  the 777-200 in the config

Have the same issue. Checked in the install config, doors open and still not seating in the A/C. They still board and disappear.

ok went to the beta version of  gsx  and now  have  pax seating need  to have the cockpit door open, version is 3.5.1

That's normal, the 777-200 is only supported in the Beta channel.
