I like how GSX can recognise if I have my embedded airstairs out before boarding. I often use them with the PMDG 737 BBJ1.
However, this does not work on arrival. When I chose the parking, GSX spawns the front stairs because it doesn't know if I will use the embedded airstairs. Since the GSX stairs spawned, GSX uses them regardless of my embedded airstairs being out. I have to reset position after parking for it to work.
Any chance you could add a request in the menu? Maybe after chosing the Handler, GSX could ask if I plan to use my own embedded airstairs for planes that have a conditional stairs option, like the PMDG 737.
Since we are talking about adding options, one other request would be to disable the rear stairs when using the front embedded airstairs, just like it happens with a jetway. This option could maybe be added as a check mark in the airplane profile.
Please consider these two requests:
- ask if the conditional embedded stairs will be used after choosing the handler;
- add an option in the airplane profile to remove rear stairs if the conditional embedded stairs are used.
