everytime i get to destination to use gsx i get simbrief flightplan doesnt match one loaded

this is a basic point to point flightplan and every arrival when i select gsx to unload i get this
It depends when you do that. If you are doing a turnaround, the correct procedure is:
- After landing, select a Gate from GSX to park.
- Stop the airplane
- Generate the return flight on Simbrief.
- Click the Reload Simbrief button in GSX.
