today I bought GSX PRO and I installed the program without problems or errors.
I started MSFS but GSX does not work and continues to show the "loading" screen
Couatl is running regularly

Your program is outdated:

- Configure the antivirus to add the entire "Addon Manager" folder to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS:

- Run the FSDT Updater again

i have the Problem, that when anytime behind takeoff my GSX Menu wont load and im stuck in the attached screen. It doesnt matter if i fly a lap and land after 5min or flying a 11h long-haul(tested both). So it works perfectly until ~Takeoff(cant specify the exact point of time) and then the menu fails, the coatl is working im getting the not avilale above 10000ft and 250kn warning, and i can hear sounds but i do anything in the menu since it fails to load

Please clarify: if you *are* flying higher than 10k feet, you are supposed to get that message and the menu is supposed not to work. However, it should close itself after 5 seconds (the time to read the message) so, maybe the problem is not the menu doesn't work (it's not supposed to), but it doesn't auto-close ?

Hello,

i only tried to load the menu in flight to check if the couatl is running, which it does, so its the menu. When im Back on the ground, i think the couatl is still running(cant prove it) but im stuck in the Loading Menu screen(left it open for 30min+). So after the Takeoff the menu crashes. Funny enough, Yesterday in the first flight it worked after landing, but after the landing of the second flight back, it didnt work, same plane, same location like a day before where it didnt work. And it doesnt autoclose on the ground. Inflight everything is working(The Loading Menu disappears after 5 sec and i get the above 10000, faster than 250kn... error).

The menu cannot "crash", it's just html/js code, it would help if you provided with an diagnostic log of that session, maybe you got an error in flight. Does it work if restart the Couatl engine ?
