I have changed my email address since the original purchase and, for the moment, I still have access to the old one but this may not continue indefinitely.

Would you know how I might go about updating this?

Luke, on the website, there should be a button to contact them. That'll give you the e-mail you need to contact them and let them know what your old e-mail address is and your new e-mail address is, so they can make the change for you.
