Legacy Key - Error while Activating

I am re-installing a number of P3D airports and GSX however I am getting an 'Error while Activating' message. The license key xxxxxxx is invalid. Please enter a valid License key...
Admittedly the product (GSX) was purchased a number of years ago but the key I have from the original email is the only one I've got!

Do I 'deactivate' my license then 'activate' it again?

Luke, just click on e-mail license keys, type in your e-mail, and it'll send you an e-mail with the keys for all the FSDreamteam products you own. The reason your old keys don't work is if you bought it a number of years ago as you say, it would have been purchased under Esellerate, which hasn't been in business since 2018. FSDreamteam obviously had to go with another e-commerce provider to handle purchases, and the older orders were issued new keys. So once you get the e-mail with the new keys, you should be good to go.
