I have a 3rd party version of KROA airport. Passengers are starting their walk at the ground level as they come out of the terminal wall underneath the start of the jetway. They then walk in an ascending path up into the round junction of the jetway. They walk properly inside the jetway from that point to inside the plane. Why would they be starting at 0 meters?

Are you using a custom profile for that airport ?

I originally had made just a couple custom pushback paths for the profile, but not really any other changes. Now I just tried editing the height of the starting point for the passengers at gate 2, but now when trying to board, an exception occurs and it won't board at all.

I looked at the before and after of the KROA-wcplui.ini profile. The only line that changed was
Old:
passengerentergatepos = (37.32094895047636, -79.97093296152684, 0.048)

New:
passengerentergatepos = (37.32092634991746, -79.97098046495424, 6.792000000000008)

I've attached the log file and my profile.
