Problem with GSX menu

I recently acquired the GSX Pro, I have installed it but the menu appears as in the alleged photo, I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and other things but it does not seem to work, what could I do?

Is GSX PRO reported as Active in the FSDT Installer ?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem while the FSDT installer tells me that GSX is activated

I removed your double post, since you posted here as well. Is your normal user account an account with limited permissions ?

Yes, and reinstall GSX and, possibly, Deactivate it and Reactivate it again.

What you do mean "losing" ? Have you lost the purchase receipt email already ? Even in that case, there's a way to get a copy, the "Get your Keys" button.

I don't know if it's normal but when I became administrator, I opened the FSDT installer but GSX was indicated as uninstalling, so I reinstalled it (gave the activation key that I didn't lose fortunately), and I'm trying to see if it works

After the activation, you can put it back to Standard, but you might not know if there might be other cases or other software that might have similar issues.
