Hi,
Today I realized the problem I had with the jetways is exclusively related with the CRJ-900 or CRJ-700.
I know there was an issue with third party jetways (for boarding only) that has been fixed. However, I am still having this issue with this aircraft.
I am getting the following error that might be related:
I tested this with the FSDT Euro airport gate 17.

this airplane has 0 exits
Deboarding works fine.
My concern about is that I am not experiencing this issue at all at i.e Reggio Calabria airport that does not have a jetway.
