Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem

Hello.GSX stops if the sim is started. I can read: Couatl scrpting engine hasn´t started.
Here is my logfile
Couatl stops directly when the Sim is started. Without the sim it stays active
updates are done, Udater and Couatl are started with Admin rights.

Other users with a similar problem ( program stuck with nothing logged after the initial connection to the sim ), have reported to have fixed this by configuring the antivirus to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusions.

but i had done this，but still have this problem

The above message very seldom appears. When I start a flight, regardless which airport and I try to start GSX Pro, a spinner in the right hand upper corner starts, but the menu never appears.
I have studied and tried all the advices and solutions in the forum but no change at all.
I have copied the pre-made couatl_MSFS file and placed it in the virtuali file.
After several attempts no .log file at all, only an couatl.txt document with a lot of info.
CORRECTION:
Above .txt file turned out to be the .log file after all. I misjudged it.

The GSX Pro program worked a few days after purchase. Nothing changed in my MSFS but GSX did.

i had done your step, but still have this problem. what can i do next?

Ok today again I tried to the GSX pro, and back to the same issue the coatl did not start.

Couatl started, otherwise you wouldn't have a Couatl.log to begin with. Your log shows everything's fine, you entered the airport and exited the program without doing anything, are you sure it's from the same session you saw a message of not starting ?

Hi Umberto, yes it is from the same session, it's always telling me on the top left coatl ildid not start.
I have trying and trying with no luck.
I will try again later today and report back. Thanks

Have you excluded this folder in the Windows Virus and Threat Protection?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager
