gsx menu not working what i am doing wrong?

Good morning,
i try everything that is describe in the other post but still not showing the menu here is what i did
1) reinstall everything from 0
2) try to reset more time the scripting engine
3)change the file in the folder as say in the other folder
4)create the error file (but not showing error) see the pictures
5)upload everything
now i can see all the jetway and ground staff, but the menu still not showing
in case, can i try to contact you via private message in italian? maybe you can help me
i don't have further solution to this problem

disable = 1

to

disable = 0

No, just restart Couatl from the Tray Bar, or start it from its icon if it's not running already.
