GSX menu not working after arrival

Completed my second flight this evening. Arrived at the airport and everyone was ready for me to arrive at the gate. Aircraft was parked and all was good. I attempted to use the GSX tool to connect the jetway and nothing happened. It did this both times. Only variable here is I selected the destination gate while I was still about 15nm out. Is anyone else having this problem after arriving? I was able to reset the couatl and it worked fine, but kind of annoying to have to do that each time.

It's difficult to know what happened, without an error log. Keep logging enabled and, if it happens again, don't restart Couatl but, ZIP the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG file which might contain some error that caused the lockup.

However, keep in mind the new Couatl, with the Tray bar, has been designed to be started, exited and restarted.
