Nowhere I said you are missing the whole .NET framework, but maybe other libraries we install are.

It might be a file that is included in the installer that for some reason you are still missing, which is not normal, but might have been blocked by the antivirus/firewall, it's impossible to say from that error log.
Which is why, I asked to contact my by email, and it's not use continuing here: I need to to send instructions how to log the installation, and this is a forum, not a realtime chat, so it's extremely inefficient and time consuming and very confusing for other users as well trying to deal with your specific problem.
