GSX crashes (fuel price host name)

Hello,
I don't know if there is any issue fetching fuel price issue ?
Everytime I call GSX Refueling, GSX Crashes and I have this error : (just wonder why fuel price issue could cause GSX Crashes ? could we just put empty or 0 instead ?
GSX is allowed in Firewall.

Fact you see that log, indicates you haven't run the latest update. Always check for updates before reporting a problem, chances are it was already solved.

I did run the update everytime I think sth is wrong but :
When I run FSDT Live update on Desktop, after checking some files it quits automatically and in Event Viewer I see these errors :

Something wrong with registering some .NET libraries on your system. Please contact support by email, I need to to log the installer, no use continuing here.

and if it is about missing .net framework I dont think so, as I have it already installed and it has been running OK since last month until today
I also note that there are two errors the first one is about CheckLicense which relates to MSFS Product in the error :
