FSDT Live Updater keeps crashing

I am also thinking about update KB5009647. I tried deleting it - doesn't help.

This is my exact situation except everything was working until 3 days ago after updating to Windows10 21H2 and a new installation to Prepar3D_v5_Professional_5.3.17.28160

Same here as well. Unable to use any of the FSDT airports for now.
