Invisible GSX

Hello,

I have an issue in P3Dv5 HF2 at Aerosoft ENVA with the PMDG 737 NGXu.

When deboarding, I can hear the vehicles approaching and unloading, but they aren't visible (see attachment). I don't have this issue with other aircraft.

Please clarify if you don't have the issue with another aircraft, on THAT airport. Trying to understand if the issue is the airport or the aircraft config.

Sorry, it seems it does affect other aircraft.

FS Labs A320-X: cargo doors open, sounds play but no ground personnel - also no rear airstair
Leonardo MD82: cargo doors open, only the forward one is serviced, ground handler throws suitcases onto apron

With "the same", you mean it also doesn't work, but ONLY at Aerosoft ENVA, but everywhere else it works ?

If yes, try setting the ground elevation in the GSX Scenery customization file, by pressing the small airplane icon next to it.
