Your error log indicates you ( or some kind of virus/other program ) have purposely modified your windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file to prevent connection with the activation server.
Our software detects that, and refuses to run in this state, since with that file altered, it will never be able to verify your license.
In your case, the malicious software you ran has denied YOUR user account to even read that file, in a fruitless attempt to prevent our updater to detect if it was altered specifically to connect to the activation servers but, of course, our software detects that too.
