Ramp guys loading bags get no rain gear during raining times ?

I feel sorry for the 2 ramp guys front in back that don't seem to get rain gear during raining times.. The ones seated on tugs I see with the update got too have rain gear but the 2 loading bags are just in uniform with no rain gear getting soaked in Miami and In Houston today in this rainy weather.. Bummer

Would be cool to see them wearing ponchos in the rain.

yea/ no panchos wouldn't work too well in the pit.. your on your knees, I thought about trying it in real life but more I thought about, pancho would get in my way of when I am on my knees loading bags.. we wear rain pants and jackets, seems to work well enough..
