Already discussed and answered here:

Where is this "smaller installer" you speak of. I have deleted the folder in documents. I have cleared the cache, and I have even tried using a different browser. None of it has changed the errors I am getting.

Thanks

That's the setup .exe you download from the main site.

You don't say if you tried the other option suggested in those thread, the VPN, which fixed a problem for the only one user that still couldn't fix his problem even after clearing the browser cache and removing cookies.

Im sorry, I am not that good with computers. I am not sure what a VPN is, and I don't see anything regarding a "VPN" in the other posts. I even used the find function to try to find VPN on the posts, but found nothing. Could you go into more detail here? Thanks!

A VPN it's a software that can connect to a site using a different route, as if you were located in a different country. The above post contained an example of a free VPN product that, according to the other users, fixed his problem with the download.

Okay, that made it work. I do find it a little off and unfair that after already spending $34 on your software, I then had to also spend money on a VPN to get it to work. Just thinking out loud here. But I do appreciate the help! Thanks!

Nobody said you should *buy* a VPN. The product I listed there as a suggestion (by no means is the only one), can be used in Trial, by simply skipping the registration.
