No passenger ... just staff/pilot

Hello

I have a problem at all airport ( scenery or not, Jetway or not)

When I want boarding / or debording, just cargo and staff appear. I don't see passenger walk, and I don't listen "hello / good bye"

Anybody have a solution ?

at the beginning of level 2, it worked very well, I tried with and without : estimate passenger numbers

You don't say:

- which airplane you use, how it's configured (supported by GSX or not, made from scratch by you, supported but edited, configuration made by the developer, etc.)

- the airport used. Please don't say it happens "everywhere", but indicate precisely the scenery used, the gate used, and which kind of jetway it has ( default replaced by GSX, SODE made by the scenery developer, etc.)

- how many passengers you set when you turned off the estimate passengers option.

- if you were on a parking with no jetways, if you had a Bus AND stairs

- if you saw any messages from GSX explaining WHY there wouldn't be passengers. Usually, if there a reason for not seeing passenger, GSX will tell you

- if you bought GSX L2, or just GSX. Yes, this should be obvious, but I had to ask.

Hi Umberto,

So :

- I use Prosim and his plane, it worked very well at the beginning with this plane.

- I test on 3 places ( LFPG V4, LFBD C3 and LFRS parking 10) with and without Jetway places

- I put about 130 passengers (directly on prosim), and cargo, I can see cargo and crew loading, after crew load, boarding was completed

- I did have a bus and some stairs (the bus was different from one airport to another)

- no message, just crew boarding and the percentage of the cargo load

- I have GSX level 1 & 2 licence !


I do the test with and without "estimate passenger numbers"

Sorry, but your screenshots are not very clear. And why you took a *picture* of the screen ?

Also, you haven't replied to several of my questions, especially this one:

I TEST 3 airport now (with GSX JETWAY on LFPG and withouth for LFBD and LFOB)
LFPG = Taxi2gate scenery
LFBD  LFOB it s origin scenery!

Of course, you configured the airplane as a CARGO airplane so, it's entirely normal this would happen everywhere, and you could have noticed because you are getting the special CARGO stairs, not the normal passenger stairs.

If that airplane is a passenger airplane, you shouldn't set the "Cargo airplane" in the GSX airplane configuration page, which is normally by default disabled.
