GSX level 2 - No passengers and jetway configurator

I tried to uninstall GSX Level 1 and install only GSX Level 2, no passengers.
I tried to install GSX Level 1 and after GSX Level 2, still no passengers.
I also can't find Jetway configurator.

How can I fix it?

Your parking has no jetways, so the jetway configuration panel won't appear. If you want to add a jetway to a parking that didn't had one, you must tell how many jetways you want, and so the jetway panels will appear.

That parking has a SODE jetway and, as clearly explained on GSX Manual (Page 4) and has discussed so many times on the forum too, you cannot customize SODE jetways.

That's another issue too, and it explains the problem. But even if you registered, you still cannot customize SODE jetways...
