purchase error

Hi, I was trying to buy GSX L2 and I think I actually purchased GSX all over again. Is it possible to be refunded for the duplicate purchase? I'm not sure if I should post the serial numbers for my purchases here on a public forum but I can provide them somehow if I need to.

We already refunded your double GSX purchase.  GSX Level 2 is still not out yet, it should be very soon.

Oh no, now I'm having a problem reinstalling my original version. I uninstalled L2 and I'm trying to reinstall the original and I keep getting popups saying live update some files.... even though I have my norton antivirus and firewall disabled and trusted the installer. also my KLAS and KJFK airports are empty. In the addon manager it says GSX is active but in the P3D addon menu, GSX no longer appears. there's only "addon manager". if I try to reactivate KLAS and KJFK my entering the serial numbers, nothing happens. please help.

We are updating the Live Update server right now for the new GSX release. Don't use Live Update for the time being, until we release it.

It's out now. Just download the full GSX installer. You might have to Refresh the web page to see the updated site.
