UK 2000 Gatwick V4 and no boarding/refuel menu items

I have latest P3d v4 and UK 2000 Gatwick v4.

When I call up the GSx window at the gate (start of flight) there are no options for boarding, refule, pushback , etc.  There only appear the arrival options (choose gate, etc).  See attached pic

How do I fix this?

As discussed so many times on the forum, whenever you have a mismatch of the airport positions, it's always because GSX is using another AFCAD, instead of the one that comes with the airport, so you probably have a conflicting AFCAD from another scenery.

Check the GSX parking customization page, to see which AFCAD GSX is using, which might give you an idea of what the problem might be.
