P3D Version 4 - bglmanx64 error after exiting sim
virtuali:
Try to disable all 3rd party modules, except SODE and FSDT modules.
JRBarrett:
I disabled everything in both dll.xml and both exe.xml files, which amounted to: PMDG interface, FSUIPC5, and two DLLs related to Active Sky ASP4.
I still get the bglmanx64.exe_unloaded error after closing P3DV4 but only if parked at an FSDT airport.
Other add-ons which cannot be easily disabled are: Pilot's Ultimate Terrain mesh NG, ORBX Open LandclassNA, and ORBX FTG Global textures.

Check if you have other modules (except the FSDT ones, of course) that are being added using the add-on.xml method, instead of the dll/exe.xml method. You can see if you have any of them, by looking at the TWO add-ons.cfg file, either in %programdata% or %appdata
Also, try to run the FSDT Live Update, because the error might also be caused by a wrong compatibility setting in the registry for the Prepar3d.exe file, which the Live Update fixes automatically.
JRBarrett:
I still get this error after shutting down P3D. I am now using P3D 4.1. It only occurs if I am at, (or have been at) ANY FSDT airport at any point in the current sim session. In other words, it will still occur if I start at an FSDT airport, and fly to a default airport.
It occurs even if every add-on scenery and add-on module is disabled.

What other 3rd party modules you have installed ? I cannot replicate this issue in any way so, it's likely a conflict with another product.
Also, be sure you exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning in the antivirus settings.
