Floating vehicles GSX

HELP! I have no clue why this is happening. (See pictures) Worked flawlessly until yesterday and now it does this! I have tried to rebuild airport cache many times. First time it says airport cache regenerated with FAILURE (0) sec (Or something like that) Second attempt is successful but doesn't solve the problem. I am now turning towards you for help!

The airport cache doesn't haven anything to do with this, as discussed in so many thread on the forum, floating vehicles are caused because you applied the latest updates without paying attention to the release notes that, for the last major update, required to download the FULL GSX installer:

Thanks for the link Umberto. I did search this forum but only searched for LGIR so it didn't throw up that link.
However I must plead guilty to not eading the release notes
