The marshaller appeared on the ladder when I was assigned a large parking spot at KIAD the other day. I was flying a 737. As I got within the last 8' or so of the stopping point, the distance readout got so high that I had to finish my parking in spot view in order to see them. From inside the cockpit, I would have had to move the seat forward of the control panel in order to be able to look up and see them.

Is there any way that you could put the distance readout lower when he is on the ladder? Just to the side at waist level with a smaller font would work great.
