Just an update:

Anyone who is planning on running the add ons I have will likely receive the same crash issue...conclusion..don't worry I ran across some threads regarding the ai_player.dll crash and it seems it's NOT entirely related to AI aircraft but can also be attributed to add-on scenery. It seems based on what I've read and noted that it's a known bug with FSX and occurs during the closing process when FSX does most up it's updating of the .cfg's and other files at closing time (the more add-ons the higher the likelihood). It's only occurring after closing FSX and only in the PNW region thus far (of all airfields I've tested in various areas outside the PNW). Not receiving any crash/es at run time in FSX.
