About Updates

Hi:
Im brand new here and just purchased KJFK and GSX. I notice updates on a lot of programs. My question is in two parts. One, are the updates needed since I just purchased these files or are they included and two, if so, are they cumulative ie. 2.0 included in 2.1 or do I need to download all updates for that one program. Thanks in advance for your support

The full installer you see at any time on our site, is always fully and entirely updated without the need for any patches.

If we'll ever release patches that are really important, you will see a notification when starting FSX, either from the scenery with a message like "your scenery xxxx is outdated..." or by GSX with its own Live Update program.
