Which model ? If it's asking for "Exit 2" instead of the CS specific name, it means it's not configured, since GSX only supports the -200 version.

It's possible you have a new version that has been released recently. What is the exact name of the airplane folder ? These are the ones known to GSX:

CS_B777-200
CS_B777-200ER
CS_B777-200ER_GE
CS_B777-200ER_PW

You can create a configuration for it with the GSX editor. However, since those airplanes use non-standard doors, they might be difficult to figure it out their XML variables.

But you can use the method explained here, using the 200 as a "template":

If you use the 300 version, is not included with the GSX database but, assuming it use the same variables, one way to customize it correctly without having to Ignore a door (which must work), is to load the 200 version, customize something not important (such as moving a door 1-2 cm) and than take the GSX.INI that will be created into %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Airplanes, and move it into the ROOT folder under FSX\Simobjects\Airplanes for the 300 version.

Then, load the 300 version, and this will load the 200 customization with the XML variables and custom names, so you'll only need to adjust their position for the different 300 size.

Thanks for reply but where can I find the GSX editor?

It comes within the program, the change aircraft configuration menu option of the Couatl menu. I suggest having a look at the GSX manual too.

I like to know how to get this set up correctly as well.  Well, everything is working well except there aren't the usual three baggage carts connected to each tug but only one.  So boarding and deboarding takes about 1 minute as GEX isnt recognizing that this is a heavy aircraft. It's treating it almost like it were a cessna.

You haven't loaded the airplane correctly, GSX calculates boarding time and the number of carts by adding the weight of all stations, dividing by 220 lbs ( average weight of a passenger + luggage ), so you must load the airplane before starting GSX.

Thanks, but that's not what happened.  I figured it out.  The payload model for the CS777 only has two payload stations, one for the captain and one for the first officer.  Apparently the aircraft doesnt take into account passengers and cargo.  I was able to add in high values for the captain and first officer stations, and now it works.  Thanks!

Well, in fact is exactly what happened....of course it wasn't your fault, but it's rather strange the airplane doesn't have any payload station.

Yea I agree with you. Typical captain sim!  Thanks for the quick responses and the excellent program.
