There's nothing specific to the military right now, so you'll get the same service as any other airport.
Repaints are easy but, exactly for that reason, are limited to changing the handler logos, which is extremely easy to do, but not so flexible to allow creating something like a complete military repaint for a vehicle.
One idea that has been considered about a possible expansion product for GSX, is to create specific military vehicles and operations (like weapons loading, etc.), but it's just something we would like to do at some point in the future, not something under development now.
