lax reactivation/reinstall

I am unable to retrieve my product code or serial number on old email account that no longer exists.  I purchased the cloud 9 lax scenery for fs2004 awhile back.  I tried going to the esellerate site and under this circumstance they tell you to put in a support ticket.  However there is no way to put in a support ticket unless you are a commercial account.  Neither do they show an email address for me to email to.  Can you please help me retrieve my numbers for this product.  I switched to windows 7 on my systems and when I restarted fs2004 the klax scenery went into trial mode again.  thank you for your help.  Jamie
