ILS28
« on: October 28, 2007, 01:31:00 pm »
Hello all

Long awaited... really nice scenery.
But what is the best way to obtain the ILS for Rwy28 on 109.75?

I'm mainly an online pilot and don't use AI so it's only about the ILS working on 28.

Thx and greez

Hi

As far as I know, runway 28 has VORDME approach. If so, why to add an ILS?  ;D ;D

P.S.: Maybe I am saying something wrong. If so, someone must correct me because I am not actualized with this information about an ILS for runway 28.

Yes, there is an ILS for 28. Have not seen that it is not in there yet, needs to be added urgently.

Hi

Can you please inform me what is the IDENT of the ILS? Then I can add it on the afcad, as well as Category and name/type. Tks

You posted that while I was looking for them by the looks of it  ;D ;D

We are too fast for this board  ;D

Thanks a lot, need to do some work now here. BTW, I was looking for AFCAD and TTOLS but they have disapeared by the looks of it... Do you still have a source?

What do you mean by "source"? The programs to download? You can go to avsim: tools from Lee Swordy as far as I remember.

Hi all

I downloaded AFCAD 2.21 from Avsim meanwhile and added the ILS28 manually.
Please note that for whatever reason I had to put 3.7Deg for the Glide in order to catch it at 5000ft and near 10.3DME out.

Hi

I see. Well try all options you want and just tell me. I will add that to the afcad files. I saw 3.3 in the chart. I inserted that value. If for all purposes 3.7 is better, I can write that number as well.
