This update will fix the stuttering problem, and will lessen flickering on ground markings, by turning them off over a certain altitude.

The Full installer has been updated today as well so, if your Full installer already reads 1.0.2 on startup, you don't need to apply this update.

I tried it, and it works normally, and nobody has reported this problem either.

It’s possible you use some kind of firewall ( perhaps under a corporate internet account ) so  you are banned from using Mediafire, which is what we use to host the downloads ?
