Download pages missing from the documentation here

I have gone through the Manual a couple of times and can't find anything that refers to the settings that has been mentioned in a few posts. Am I looking in the wrong place??

You are entirely right! We added that section very late and, for some reason, the installer came with a previous version of the .PDF. Find here the missing pages:
