After FSDT Live Update My GSX and GSX Level 2 Expansion became in trial mode

I have since 2020 GSX and GSX Level 2 Expansion working with FSX , but today after doing the fsdt live update in admin mode i received the message that both products are installed but not active. Inside FSX i enter in addon manager and saw GSX and GSX Level 2 in Trial , and i entered in the option to active serial, both serial are correct but i received a esellerate error code 0xe0020000. Anybody can help please, the pc is the same, nothing changed except doing the fsdt live update.

i am experiencing the same issues and it seem so far, nobody has come up to helo.
We paid good cash for these products that have somehow now been removed from our PCs.

You products have NOT been removed from you PCs.  There is an issue within the FSDT Package that blew up either last Thursday, Friday of Saturday that creating the problem.

May this be the culprit why on my P3D computer FSDT Live Update starts, shows the orange colored download window for not even a second, then closes ?

I searched for log files but didn't find one, no entry in Windows event log.

Now I ask myself if it is ok (but nothing found to update) or an error...
