Nothing wrong with the server, I've just checked, I'm downloading at the maximum speed permitted by my connection (about 500KB/s). It's hosted on a very big ISP, within a server farm and very high speed connections. Problem must be at your end. I usually find Japan web sites very slow from Italy, I guess that's nothing much we can do. About the dropped downloads, if you use a download manager, like Getright or Flashget, you can at least resume an interrupted download.
