AI aircraft in FSDT KLAX

My sim program is P3DV4.5, and since FSX and P3D are compatible, should I be able to view and control Ground functionality through "YouControl" at FSDT KLAX?

Also, my FSDT KLAX scenery does not display AI aircraft. How can I get AI aircraft to display? Is there a specific list of AI aircraft downloads?

I presently have the following AI aircraft in P3DV4+:

.  Thomas Ruth list of 727
.  Project Opensky list of 777
.  Lucena/Robles list of 717
.  Fedex and DHL freeware 727

None of these display in my KLAX scenery.

Please advise...
