Hello!

I have switched from FSX to FS9 and i wanted to acitvate my LAX scenery but i got an error esselerate 25001. What should i do? I want to use the this scenery bur everytime i want to use it i have activation problems!  Can anyone please help me?

That error means your Serial Number has been typed wrong.

Be sure you are using our version of the installer (download from THIS page), and not the Cloud9 one.

Use the Register Serial function to insert the Serial Number, pay attention to insert it correctly.

I wrote the serial number inside the serial number box but nothing happens. I tried to click Reinstall but the same box appears again and nothing happens. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance

If FS9 goes back to flying, without doing anything, it's because either you typed the Serial wrong, or you typed the correct serial, but selected the wrong product.

I am getting the same error message as at the beginning of the topic.
My order number STxxxxx  does not work to activate LAX.
I have had this order since 12/04/2007.

What do I do?
