Re-starting Couatl after landing

For some reason, I have to restart Couatl after landing.
Since that requires me to resize or minimize my MSFS "flying window" in order to find and start Couatl, it spoils the realism and immersion.
Is there a way to fix this? Any help will be most welcome.
