because we sell them as Try-before-buy, and the Trial can be unlocked with the Serial Number that is found in your purchase receipt. To register your Serial Number, you use the "Register Serial" function on the Addon Manager menu inside Flight sim, for the relevant product.

Sorry, I finally figured it out.  The airport and surrounding NOVA/DC area looks great, but there are no AI aircraft at DCA.  Any suggestions?  The animated ground equipment and vehicles are running fine in the sim, just no planes!
