- which product for P3D you own

- which product for MSFS you want to buy

Curious about this too. I am pretty sure Umberto is assuming we all got emails thinking we purchased straight from the site.

In my case at least some had been purchased at a store.  Do we not qualify for upgrade discounts?

If you bought on Simmarket, if you have a product that qualify for the upgrade, it will show up automatically when buy the new one.

Hello, when I try to open my received discount links I got a message like that : "This product don't exist ! At least one of the requested product not exist."

I have the same issue for my whole discount links.

Please help me

You must contact support, because we are switched to a different ecommerce platform (from Digital River to Fastspring) so all previous discount offers are no longer active.

I bought KSDF for P3D after it was released for MSFS as well. There was a link in the e-mail for the upgrade but it is not working anymore. I wrote an e-mail to the support, I hope that they will reply soon.

Love your products and thank you. I recently switched to MSFS2024 from P3D and am looking to upgrade scenery. I've purchased many FSDT products in the past, however, I believe Chicago V2, Charlotte, Louisville, Vancouver purchases qualify me for a upgrade discount. Correct? If so, please re-send the emails with the applicable link to the discount as the links provided in earlier emails (some dating back to 2020) have expired. Thank you.
