Stange anomaly

While sitting at the end of runway 9 at times (moving view) a strange graphic anomaly (line flickering) will show up that stretches across the runway. It goes away for a bit then will stop with no screen movement Running the latest build of MSFS20 (clean install of both OS and sim)

It happens only when I move the move either from within the aircraft or when exterior. If not moving the anomaly does to appear.
