The FSDT installers for MSFS will install in the Addon Manager\MSFS folder (so they are not "mixed" with P3D stuff), which means they are easier to update with the FSDT Live Update in a single pass, and have a Symbolic link TO it, in the Community folder which is created automatically by the installer, which means you can install the sceneries even on another drive, for example if you don't have enough space on the physical disk MSFS is installed into.
The MS Marketplace versions will install exactly like any other Marketplace addon, in the Official\OneStore or Official\Steam folders, in encrypted form, so they cannot be updated by our updater, but will be updated when Microsoft will approve the update on the Marketplace.
