gsx customize aircraft open and close

Hi.

I use FSX-SE. For a while now, I can't open the GSX Customize Aircraft menu anymore. it opens and closes.

Does anyone have a solution?

Which airplane you are using ? Some planes, and some add-ons, control GSX by themselves so, you are supposed to see the menu opening/closing automatically for a very brief amount of time.

I am using the B 737-800, Airbus 310, Boeing 787 and Boeing 767. I am confused because I was able to open the costumize aircraft menu normally.

That doesn't mean much without saying exactly who made this planes. Also, there are 3rd party utilities that can control GSX ( MCE++ for example ) and, pay attention if another utility is also using the same key used by GSX, because the menu would close with a 2nd press of the normal GSX hotkey, which might not in this case coming from GSX itself.
