Addon manager not appearing P3D V5

Hi guys
I've formatted my computer last week and have re-installed GSX 1 and 2.
However, the addon manager does not appear on the addon page.
So, I can't activate it.
Do you guys know what the problem is?

I've also checked the add-ons.cfg file right before I runned p3d v5 and right after I shut down p3d v5.
There was Addon Manager at first, and after I shut down the simulator, it disappeared.
Do you guys know the solution for this?

- Configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon manager folder

- Run the FSDT Live Updater again
