Yeah, I had this problem before, but I thought I'd ask again

Anyone know why that happens and how to fix it?
I'm using Voodoo's afterburner effects v2 and that one part seems too large, on each setting. Last time I asked in the thread, I made it a bit better by editing the effect file, but it was still a bit off.
