You might have a faulty antivirus program that wrongly identified our .dll as a virus.
Try to configure your antivirus to not scan into the FS9\MODULES folder.
Also, you need to the following, exactly the following, exactly in this order, and nothing else, don't skip any step:
- Uninstall the scenery, reply YES to the question about removing the Addon Manager
- Check your FS9\MODULES if the bglman*.* files were really removed. If not, remove them manually.
- Reboot Windows
- Turn your Antivirus OFF. This is important. And no, don't simply exit from its interface, you need to really turn its real time protection off.
- Reinstall the scenery
- Tell the antivirus to ignore the FS9\MODULES folder, and NOW you can turn it back on.
- Launch FS9 and try it.
